VALE KRISTA BATES, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

It is with deep sadness that Duratec Limited (ASX: DUR) announces the recent passing of Krista Bates, a valued non-executive director on the company’s Board.

Krista has served on Duratec’s Board of Directors since 1 July 2023 and her significant business experience, insights and contributions were greatly valued by the Board and management.

On behalf of the Board, senior management and our employees, we extend our condolences to Krista’s family and friends during this time.
