Duni buys logistics facilities in Osnabrück

Duni will buy the currently leased logistics facilities in Osnabrück, Germany. The decision has been taken in order to secure and improve customer service and deliveries going forward. The purchase will take place in January 2017 and affect Duni´s net debt and fixed assets with approximately 55 MSEK. The change will have an annual positive EBIT effect of approximately 4 MSEK.
