Block Listing Application
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the London Stock Exchange plc (LSE) for a block listing of 310,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (Shares) to trade on the LSE and to be admitted to the FCA's Official List.
These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time to satisfy the participation of employees in the Company's share-based incentive arrangements.
When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective on 1st September 2021.
This notification is provided in accordance with LR 3.5.5(1) of the Listing Rules.
