Outcome of audit tender process

Further to the announcement on 8 September 2022, and following the conclusion of a formal competitive audit tender process that considered a range of firms and was overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee, Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Board has approved the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditor in respect of the FY24 statutory audit.  This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting.
