Share Buy Backs

Dunedin Income Growth Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") announces, pursuant to the authority granted at its annual general meeting on 16 May 2023, that it has authority to repurchase a maximum of 22,224,874 of its ordinary shares (being its outstanding shareholder authority) with buy back parameters described under resolution 14 of its last annual general meeting notice. Such authority lasts until the next shareholder authority granted, or where expressly revoked by shareholders. The buy back will be funded from the Company's resources (including disposals from the investment portfolio and debt facilities).

The Company has appointed J. P. Morgan Securities plc to act as its broker in respect of the buy back. The buy back will be undertaken pursuant to the Company's discount management programme.

This arrangement is in accordance with Chapter 12 of the UKLA Listing Rules and the Company's general authority to repurchase shares.
