The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("DENT" or the "Company") announces, that due to his other significant commitments and directorships, Federico Marescotti has indicated that he will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM in May and has given notice of his resignation as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 9 May 2018.
