2024 Annual General Meeting

Dundas Minerals Limited advises that in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s constitution, that it intends to hold the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Monday, 21 October 2024.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday 19 September 2024.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Thursday 19 September 2024.
