Reg: Temporary suspension of manufacturing activities to due to outbreak of Novel Coronavirus.

This is to inform you that on the directive issued by the Government of Maharashtra and taking into cognizance of the health related issuesdue to theoutbreak of Novel Coronavirus (Covid19),the manufacturing activities in our plant situated at F-33, Ranjangaon MIDC, Karegaon, Tal. Shirur, Dist Pune 412209 is temporarily suspended from March 23, 2020 to March 31, 2020.

The Company has also followed “work from home” policy for its employees. We shall keep you updated any subsequent development from time to time regarding the subject matter.

Please treat this as our formal disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
