NOTICE OF DH GROUP NYRT ON THE FINAL AMOUNT OF ADVANCE DIVIDEND

DH Group Public Limited Company (seat: 1027 Budapest, Kapás utca 6-12, Hungary; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-04838; hereinafter referred to as "Company") informs its Investors, that based on the public notice dated 28 November 2025 on the details of advance dividend payment procedures, the Company publishes the final amount of advance dividends in the present notice. The starting date of advance dividend payments is 12 December 2025.

The Company owns 237,733 pieces of treasury shares as of the date of present announcement. The advance dividend on treasury shares will be distributed to those shareholders eligible for such advance dividend, in proportion to their number of shares.

The Company pays HUF 21.96 advance dividend per share to series "A" ordinary shares (ISIN code: HU0000177613) starting 12 December 2025 to those shareholders eligible for such advance dividend.
