Sale of Shares by St Barbara to Harmanis Holdings

Duketon Mining Limited (ASX: DKM) (“ DKM ” or “the Company”) notes the recent sale by St Barbara Limited of their 12.3% shareholding in DKM.

11,000,000 of the parcel of 14,545,455 shares held by St Barbara has been purchased by Harmanis Holdings Pty Ltd which has lodged a change of interest in substantial shareholder notice for 22,400,000 shares representing a 18.49% stake in DKM.

Duketon’s Managing Director, Stuart Fogarty, said; “ I would like to take this opportunity to extend my sincerest thanks to St Barbara Limited for their support as the major shareholder in the Company since April 2018. They have been actively helpful, professional, and ultimately very supportive of all our endeavours.

On behalf of the DKM Board, I am also pleased to acknowledge Kerry Harmanis who has increased his shareholding from 9.41% to 18.49% via Harmanis Holdings Group. Kerry has been an active shareholder in Duketon for many years and has provided support through his immense depth of understanding and knowledge of the nickel market. Kerry is well known in the nickel industry for his previous work, and we look forward to his continued support.

The Company is at a very exciting stage with a major exploration program underway at the Rosie Project that is designed to unlock further potential based on the findings of the positive scoping study published in April.”
