Change of Auditors

Duketon Mining Limited (“Company”) is pleased to advise that Hall Chadwick WA Audit Pty Ltd (“Hall Chadwick”) have been appointed as the Company’s Auditors with effect from today, 31 August 2022, and this appointment will continue until the next annual general meeting.

In accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 the Company has received the resignation of the audit firm that traded as Rothsay Auditing (“Rothsay Auditing”) and ASIC’s consent to that resignation.

The transition of Auditor has occurred as part of a review of the Company’s corporate administration costs. Hall Chadwick was selected after considering proposals received from Hall Chadwick and several other audit firms.

Hall Chadwick is a firm of Chartered Accountants with offices in Australia and New Zealand.

At the Company’s next annual general meeting it will be proposed that Hall Chadwick be appointed as auditors of the Company thereafter.

The Company would like to thank Rothsay Auditing for their long standing services as Auditor to the Company.
