AGM Date and Director Nominations

Duketon Mining Ltd ( ASX: DKM , “Duketon” or “the Company” ) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its annual general meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 November 2023.

An item of business at the meeting will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 6.2 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 5 October 2023.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday, 5 October 2023.
