Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Duketon Mining Limited (ASX: DKM) (Duketon or the Company) advises, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, that its annual general meeting will be held on Thursday 26 November 2020.

An item of business at the meeting will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with clause 6.2 of the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Thursday, 22 October 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5:00pm (AWST) on Thursday, 22 October 2020.
