Issue of Shares

Following the successful completion of the first 2 transactions, the directors have decided to award the Executive Chairman, Mr Geoffrey Dart, a bonus of £80,000. Mr Dart has agreed to receive settlement of this bonus in the form of ordinary shares in the company which will be issued in two equal tranches at a price of 0.30 pence per share. The first tranche of shares will be issued immediately before the AGM and the second tranche immediately after the AGM.
