COMPLETION OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER
We refer to the ASX release dated 3 September 2021 wherein DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ( DTI ) announced a capital raising by way of a 1 for 3 non- renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $2 million via the issue of approximately 111.7 million new shares at 1.8 cents per share ( Entitlement Offer ).
DTI is pleased to advise that in accordance with the timetable for the Entitlement Offer, the Offer closed on 30 September 2021 with the following acceptances received:

The shortfall will be allocated to the Underwriter in accordance with the Underwriting Agreement.
Allotment of the acceptances will occur on 6 October 2021 in accordance with the timetable.
