COMPLETION OF ENTITLEMENT OFFER
We refer to the ASX release dated 20 August 2019 and 4 September 2019 wherein DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ( DTI ) announced a capital raising by way of a 5 for 9 nonrenounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $3 million via the issue of approximately 119.6 million new shares at 2.5 cents per share ( Entitlement Offer ).
DTI is pleased to advise that in accordance with the timetable for the Entitlement Offer, the Offer closed on 25 September 2019 with the following acceptances received:

The shortfall will be allocated to the Underwriters in accordance with the Underwriting Agreements.
Allotment of the acceptances will occur on 1 October 2019 in accordance with the timetable.
