TRADING HALT

The securities of DTI Group Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday 17 November 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

DTI Group Ltd – Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 DTI Group Ltd (ACN 069 791 091) (DTI Group) requests a trading halt in its ordinary shares (ASX Code: DTI) to apply from the commencement of trading tomorrow, Tuesday 15 November 2016.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, DTI Group provides the following information:

• The trading halt is requested as DTI Group expects to make an announcement to ASX regarding a capital raising (Capital Raising).

• DTI Group requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of DTI Group making an announcement to the market regarding the Capital Raising and the commencement of trading on Thursday 17 November.

• DTI Group is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any information required to be provided to the market or ASX in relation to the trading halt.
