Despatch of Entitlement Offer Booklet

Further to the announcement by DTI Group Ltd ( DTI Group ) on 17 November 2016 relating to a 2 for 9 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ), DTI Group confirms the despatch of the Entitlement Offer Booklet and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form to Eligible Shareholders.

Only Eligible Shareholders in Australia or New Zealand may participate in the Entitlement Offer. The eligibility criteria is set out in the Entitlement Offer Booklet which can be viewed on the ASX website or at DTI Group’s website www.dti.com.au. The Entitlement Offer will close at 5.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 13 December 2016.

DTI Group also confirms that a letter in the form lodged with ASX on 17 November 2016 was despatched to ineligible shareholders under the Entitlement Offer.
