DTI Forecast Guidance

20 April 2015 – DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ("DTI”) has revised its 2014/2015 financial year revenue and performance downwards primarily due to delays in awards of prospects, deferral of deliveries to the US market, and to a lesser extent, softer sales in the US market.

The results for the financial year for the Group are expected to be as follows:

• Revenue and other income to be approximately $15.0 million.

• Net profit after tax expected to be between $0 and $300K.

The majority of opportunities which formed part of the Company’s financial forecast for 2015 have been deferred and it is unlikely that if awarded, that these opportunities will result in any significant revenue for this financial year.

As mentioned in the 20014/2015 half year report, the outlook for DTI in the mobile security market remains strong. This is reinforced by the record number of prospects being pursued which total over $200 million in value.
