Notice under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by DTI Group Ltd ( DTI ) (ASX: DTI) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ).

DTI confirms that:

• (a) On 2[nd] June 2015 DTI issued 3,500,000 shares pursuant to the exercise of 30 June 2015 unlisted options, without disclosure to investors under Part 6D2 of the Act.

• (b) This notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Act.

• (c) As a disclosing entity, DTI is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.

• (d) As at the date of this notice, DTI has complied with:

  • (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to DTI

  • (ii) section 674 of the Act as it applies to DTI

• (e) As at the date of this notice, there is no “excluded information” of the type referred to in section 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Act which is required to be disclosed by DTI.
