DTI GROUP LIMITED (ASX: DTI) EXERCISE AND EXPIRY OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
Attached is an Appendix 3B for the issue of new shares on 30 June 2015 following the exercise of unlisted options at $0.322 per share ( Options ).
DTI had 12,370,806 Options on issue at the time of the IPO, with the following Options exercised prior to the expiry date:
