DTI receives Letter of Intent for 22 new trains being built by Alstom.

31 August 2015 – DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ("DTI”) advises that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) by Alstom Transport India Limited “Alstom” for the supply of passenger information and CCTV systems for trains being delivered to the North West Rail Link in Sydney.

The LOI for the procurement contract includes the provision of systems on 22 new trains valued at approximately $5 million.

While the reference by LOI is positive, there can be no guarantee that this will translate into a corresponding concluded contract. The signing of the contract is expected to occur in the fourth quarter of calendar 2015 and the Company will update the market as and when is necessary.
