DTI to Provide Systems for Projects in the US, Europe and Australia
22 December 2015 – DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) ("DTI”) is pleased to advise that it has received the following orders for various advanced surveillance and passenger information systems from mass transit clients in the USA, Europe and Australia:

USA: Initial orders from New Flyer for Septa (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) for up to 35 video surveillance systems for new transit buses. SETPA oversees transit in the city of Philadelphia, PA and operates over 1,300 buses, 300 regional trains, 26 light rail vehicles and 112 light rail vehicles. SEPTA also is currently seeking tenders for the procurement of up to 525 new transit buses over the next 5 years and DTI’s MDR5 system is specified in the procurement documentation.

Netherlands: An order for a trial surveillance system by our Dutch partner. VisiOn Isp, to retrofit Stadler trains in the Dutch city of Utrecht. This is DTI’s first supply to Stadler Rail AG, the Swiss train builder, and if the trial is successful, an additional 24 trains will be outfitted.

France: An order for 36 advanced Passenger Information Systems for the Marseille Metro (Regie des Transports de Marseille (RTM)), the operator of the Marseille Metro. The RTM operates 36 4-car trains on 2 metro lines as well as 578 buses and 26 trams.

UK: Confirmation by Merseyrail that DTI has been successful in its tender for advanced Automatic Passenger Counting on 8 trains in the Liverpool area. Carrying approximately 110,000 passengers each weekday, Merseyrail forms one of the most heavily used railway networks in the UK outside London. There are 59 trains on the network and DTI has been asked to quote on surveillance systems.

Australia: Execution of the Year 2 Option by Brisbane City Council to retrofit an additional 65 buses. Brisbane Transport has 1,200 buses of which over 960 have been fitted with DTI surveillance systems.
These orders which include three new customers, further enhances DTI's expansion into the US, Europe and Australia through the provision of leading transit surveillance and passenger information solutions and services.
