DTI Group Ltd (the Company) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Harry Miller as Company Secretary upon the resignation of Mr Ian Hobson, effective 22 August 2022.
Mr Miller has over 7 years of company secretarial and accounting experience, having previously worked with a leading global accounting firm and currently acting as Company Secretary to various ASX listed companies.
