Company Secretary Resignation
DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (“DTI”) advises that Mr Raj Surendran, has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of DTI and will leave the company on 4 March 2019.
DTI has commenced an executive search process for Mr Surendran’s replacement.
The Board extends its gratitude and thanks to Mr Surendran who has played a leading role in improving the Company’s financial processes and capability.
