Appointment of Company Secretary

DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (“DTI”) is pleased to announce that Mr Ian Hobson has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Surendran, whose resignation from DTI was advised on 8 February 2019, has resigned as Company Secretary effective immediately.

Mr Hobson is a qualified accountant and experienced Company Secretary. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Secretaries Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr Hobson has previously held senior positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sanford Securities, Ferrier Hodgson and, most recently, has owned and operated his own chartered accountant and chartered company secretary service.
