Director Resignation
DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (“DTI”) advises that Mr Chris Morris has resigned as a director of the Company effective from 5 January 2018 to focus on other interests.
Mr Morris remains a significant shareholder of the Company and is supportive of the continuing development of the business.
The Board extends its gratitude and thanks to Mr Morris for his valuable contribution to the Company and the Board.
