New Chairman and Director Retirement
DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (“DTI”) wishes to advise that as previously communicated on 16 October 2018, Mr Greg Purdy has assumed the role of Chairman effective from the conclusion of DTI’s AGM on 20 November 2018.
In addition, DTI also wishes to advise that Mr Glyn Denison has retired as a director of the Company effective from the conclusion of DTI’s AGM on 20 November 2018.
Mr Denison remains a significant shareholder of the Company and is supportive of the continuing development of the business.
The Board extends its gratitude and thanks to Mr Denison for his valuable contribution to the Company and the Board over the past 14 years
