Company Secretary Resignation
DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (“DTI”) advises that Mr Bruce Mitchell has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of the Company effective from 24 July 2017.
DTI will commence a search to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary immediately.
Mr Mitchell has served in the CFO/Company Secretary role since joining DTI in May 2012. The Board extends its gratitude and thanks to Mr Mitchell for his contribution to DTI.
