Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (DTI) is pleased to announce that Mr Raj Surendran has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of the Company effective from 10 July 2017.

Mr Surendran is a qualified accountant (CPA) and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia. He has previously held senior finance positions with Aurizon, Wesfarmers, BGC Australia and, most recently, with DUET Group (Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline).

DTI CEO Peter Tazewell, said “We are excited to announce Raj’s appointment as CFO and I look forward to working with him in growing the business. Raj’s experience in the rail industry and in the development of financial processes and ERP implementations will be of great benefit to DTI”.
