Annual General Meeting Live Stream

DTI Group Limited (ASX:DTI) (“DTI” or the “Company”) advises that the Annual General Meeting will be live streamed, and shareholders are invited to join the Annual General Meeting live stream on Tuesday, 19 November 2024 at 1:30pm (AEDT).

The live stream will be made available through Microsoft Teams and will provide viewers the opportunity to hear from the Board and Executives of the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, any shareholders attending via the live stream facility will not be able to submit votes through the facility. The Company urges any shareholders wishing to vote to submit their proxy form prior to the Meeting in accordance with the details set out in the Notice of Meeting, Letter to Shareholders and Proxy Form which was announced to the ASX on 18 October 2024.
