DTI Group Ltd (ASX: DTI) (DTI) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on 24th November 2020.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of directors. In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is 2 October 2020.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office (31 AFFLECK ROAD, PERTH AIRPORT, WA 6105) or by email to the Company Secretary: [email protected] no later than 5.00pm (WST time) on 2 October 2020.
