Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On August 19, 2021, Lo Wah Wai resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Lo’s resignation was accepted and became effective August 20, 2021. Mr. Lo did not resign from the Board as a result of any disagreement related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices but rather due to his “heavy workload and commitment in other corporations”.
