Item 5.02 Departure of Directors and Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 12, 2016, Document Security Systems, Inc. (“DSS”) and Jeffrey Ronaldi extended until December 31, 2016 the term of Mr. Ronaldi’s employment as Chief Executive Officer of DSS under the Employment Agreement, dated November 9, 2015, between DSS and Mr. Ronaldi.
