Major shareholder announcement

According to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, it is hereby
informed that Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has received an announcement from
Schroders plc stating that Schroders plc has reduced their shareholding in
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, owned through Schroder Investment Management
Limited and Schroder Investment Management Switzerland AG.

Schroders plc therefore no longer owns 5% of the share capital and voting
rights in Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, as reported in company announcement
no. 20 of 16 September 2016.
