Major shareholder announcement

Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. executive order no. 668 of 25 June 2012 on major shareholders, NORDEN hereby announces the following:

POLYSHIPPING AS and RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS have informed NORDEN about the following:

With effect from 2 August 2013, POLYSHIPPING AS has unconditionally agreed to dispose of all of their shares and voting rights in NORDEN to RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS. RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS is the parent company and sole shareholder of POLYSHIPPING AS.

Following the disposal, POLYSHIPPING AS does neither directly nor indirectly hold shares or voting rights in NORDEN. Subsequently, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS holds 4,869,640 shares in NORDEN, corresponding to approximately 11.3% of the total share capital and the total voting rights.

In connection with the transfer of shares and voting rights, RASMUSSENGRUPPEN AS has entered into the shareholders' agreement with A/S Motortramp, cf. NORDEN's announcement no. 10 of 25 March 2010.
