NORDEN sells Panamax bulkcarrier

The Company has sold a three-year-old Panamax bulkcarrier to Greek interests.

The vessel is expected to be delivered to the new owner during the first quarter of 2008, when the profit from the sale of approximately USD 46 million after tax will be recognised.

As previously announced, the Group has sold an MR product tanker and a Handymax bulkcarrier, also for delivery in 2008, with a total profit of approximately USD 17 million after tax.

Totally, vessels have thus been sold for delivery in 2008 with a profit of USD 63 million after tax.
