Statement of leading employees’ transactions in NORDEN shares and related

As stated in NORDEN’s annual report of 4 March 2015, Jan Rindbo has, as part of
his appointment as CEO, been offered NORDEN shares at a value of DKK 1,000,000
in each of the years 2015-2017. The number of shares allotted in 2015 is
calculated on the basis of the market price (average all transactions) when Jan
Rindbo took office on 30 April 2015.

According to section 28A of the Danish Securities Trading Act, the Company
