New employee-elected representative in NORDEN’s Board of Directors

Chief Officer Jonas Visbech Berg Nissen will take up a position in Norient
Product Pool and will therefore withdraw from NORDEN’s Board of Directors as
employee-elected representative as of 8 January 2017.

He is replaced on the Board of Directors by Senior Operations Manager Janus
Haahr, who will join the Board of Directors as employee-elected representative
as of 9 January 2017.
