Carsten Mortensen resigns as CEO of Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S

After 17 years with Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S, of which almost 10 years as
CEO, Carsten Mortensen has decided to resign his position as CEO of NORDEN and
seek new challenges as Group CEO in one of the world's leading maritime
companies BW Group.

The Board of Directors is now commencing the process of finding a successor.
Carsten Mortensen will be available to NORDEN in a period.

Carsten Mortensen has been head of NORDEN in a period when NORDEN has developed
into one of the largest and best operated dry cargo and product tanker
companies in the world. It is with regret that we have received Carsten
Mortensen’s resignation.
