Election of employee representatives to the Board of Directors in
Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S

The employees in Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S have elected the following
employee representatives and alternates to the Company’s Board of Directors for
a 3-year period:

Employee representatives:

Benn Pyrmont Johansen, Captain (re-elected)

Ole Clausen, Senior Claims Manager (newly elected)

Jacob Koch Nielsen, Operations Manager (newly elected)

Alternates:

Anne-Katrine Nedergaard, Crew Manager

Bent Torry Kjæreby Sørensen, Chief Engineer

Lars Enkegaard Biilmann, Captain

The new employee representatives will join the Board of Directors immediately
following the annual general meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 11 April
2012.

The present employee representatives Lars Enkegaard Biilmann, Bent Torry
Kjæreby Sørensen and Benn Pyrmont Johansen will withdraw from the Board of
Directors immediately following the annual general meeting on 11 April 2012.
However, Benn Pyrmont Johansen will join the Board of Directors again as
re-elected.
