as my/our proxy to attend and vote for me/us and on my/our behalf at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30 April 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at Imperial Room IV, Towers Wing, Mezzanine Floor, The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers Hong Kong, 33 Canton Road, China Hong Kong City, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong and at any adjournment thereof or on any resolution or motion which is proposed thereat. My/our proxy is authorised and instructed to vote as indicated (see Note 3) in respect of the undermentioned resolutions:

| 5.(2) | To give the Directors general mandate to repurchase the shares of the Company, not exceeding 10% of the issued share capital of the Company, at the date of the passing of the resolution. |

To be valid this proxy form must be completed, signed and deposited at 8th Floor, Tower 5, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, together with the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed (or a notarially certified copy thereof), not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the Meeting.
