COMPLETION OF SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting held on 21 October 2015, Tychean Resources Limited (TYK:ASX, Tychean or the Company ) advises that its one (1) for ten (10) share consolidation was completed today.

The Notice of Meeting dated 18 September 2015 set out the basis for the Consolidation of Capital which was as follows:

• Every ten (10) shares be consolidated into one (1) share; and

• Every ten (10) options exercisable at $0.004 on or before 4 June 2016 be consolidated into one (1) option, with the exercise price per option amended in inverse proportion to the ratio in accordance with Listing Rule 7.22.1.

The Company confirms that where the share consolidation resulted in an entitlement to a fraction of a share, that fraction was rounded up to the nearest whole number of shares. New holding statements are in the process of being dispatched to shareholders today.
