TRADING HALT
The securities of Tychean Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Monday, 1 September 2014, or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST – TYCHEAN RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX: TYK)
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Tychean Resources Limited (“ Tychean ” or “the Company ”) requests that ASX grant a trading halt in the Company’s securities effective immediately, pending release of an announcement regarding the results of drilling at the Company’s Spargoville Gold Project in Western Australia.
Tychean requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement, or the open of trading on Monday, 1 September 2014.
Tychean confirms that it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
