SPARGOVILLE UPDATE

As previously announced on 1 July 2013, ERO Mining Limited (Company or ERO) has entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (Agreement) pursuant to which the Company will acquire 100% of Ramelius' right, title and interest in the Spargoville Project's substantial tenement package.

The Agreement is subject to various conditions, including the approval of ERO shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on 23 August 2013 and ERO obtaining the necessary consents and approvals from the Minister under the Mining Act 1978 (WA) in respect of the transfer of the tenements.

ERO is pleased to announce that the necessary consents and approvals from the Minister have now been received.

The Spargoville Project consists of 27 granted Mining Leases, 2 granted Exploration Licences, 5 granted Prospecting Licences and 2 Miscellaneous Licences encompassing 11,440 ha of land. Details of the tenements are listed in the attached schedule.
