Lodgement of Appendix 3Y
The Appendix 3Y lodged today for each of Mr Kennedy and Mr Gale relates to their participation in the Company's recent non-renounceable rights issue.
The Company has a set procedure in place to ensure directors are able to meet their disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.19A.
Unfortunately, in this instance, due to an administrative error in this office, the procedure was not carried out and as a result each Appendix 3Y was not completed and lodged within the time prescribed by the Listing Rules.
The oversight was corrected as soon as possible after it was discovered.
The Company believes its current arrangements are adequate to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B.
