At the request of the ASX and in order to comply with Listing Rule 4.10.19, Eromanga Uranium Limited provides the following statement in respect of both the 2007 Annual Report (released 18‐10‐2007) and the 2008 Annual Report (released 24‐10‐2008):
“Eromanga Uranium Limited has used the cash and the assets in a form readily convertible to cash that it had at the time of admission in a way consistent with its business objectives as set out in its Prospectus dated 4 August 2006”.
