TRADING HALT
The securities of Eromanga Uranium Limited (the "Company") will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 11 June 2009 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, we request that ASX grant a two day trading halt pending an announcement relating to a significant transaction for the Company.
We anticipate trading will resume following release of the announcement on Thursday 11 June 2009.
The Company is not aware of any reason that a trading halt should not be granted.
