Dreadnought Resources Limited (ASX: DRE) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Dreadnought Resources Limited (‘DRE’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DRE, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 29 September 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: DRE

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Dreadnought Resources Limited (ASX: DRE, the Company) request ASX grants an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities, pending a release regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday, 29 September 2023 or the announcement to the market in relation to this matter.

The Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be granted and confirms there is no further information the Company can provide to the market regarding the request for the trading halt.
