Tychean Resources Ltd (ASX: TYK) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Tychean Resources Ltd (‘TYK’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TYK, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 7 November 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: TYK
The Directors of Tychean Resources Limited request ASX grant an immediate trading halt to the Company’s securities, ASX code: TYK, pending a material announcement regarding an acquisition.
The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 7 November 2018 or the announcement to the market in relation to this matter.
The Directors confirm that there is no reason as to why this should not be granted by ASX.
